Frequently Asked Questions…

  • Our services are for any child who could use some assistance getting caught up with other kids. If you are concerned about your child's development ask your pediatrician about our services.

  • Birth to 18 years.

  • Just ask your pediatrician to send us a referral. Feel free to give us a call to make sure we got it. Once we have it, we will reach out to get you to fill out an intake packet. From there we'll schedule an evaluation. If your child qualifies for services our front office staff will work to find the best available times for visits.

  • It really just depends. We often have waitlist. Just give our front office a call and we can get you an estimate of how long it will take to get you scheduled. We try to be conservative with our estimates... the waitlist often moves quicker than we expect!

  • We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, Medicaid. We also accept private pay.

  • After we receive a referral from your child’s pediatrician, we’ll send you some intake paperwork. Those forms will need to be completed and submitted before the evaluation. The intake paperwork is a bit lengthy. This is so that we can be as prepared as possible to give your child the best therapy available.

    Be sure to bring your insurance card and driver’s license to your first appointment. The front office will let you know of any co-pays that are owed.

  • This is not a service we currently offer.

  • Evaluations do not take longer than an hour.

    Speech sessions are typically 30 minutes. Occupational & Physical Therapy sessions typically range from 30 minutes to an hour.

  • Just call the front office! Our office team is amazing and are happy to help in any way they can!

  • It is not. We want children to work on foods that they will typically eat with his/her caregivers. Our therapists will work with caregivers to come up with good (and easy) options.
